Dr Sheila Richards trained at St George’s Hospital Medical School in London and has always shown a keen interest in complementary medicine, specifically with using a holistic approach. She is one of only eleven IFM Certified Functional Medicine Doctors in the UK, and uses the approach of focusing on treating the root cause of chronic symptoms.

Dr Richards is a qualified GP Appraiser and has received a Diploma in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She is also a member of the British Medical Acupuncture society of Western Acupuncture.
Dr Richards has also completed training in Homeopathy and Neurolinguistic Programming. She is considered an expert at promoting a healthy lifestyle to achieve good health.
